Sponsorship Responsibilities

• Provide approximately 200 pieces of promotional product for giveaways to celebrities, celebrity stylists, and elite media
• Provide your own setup / display fixtures including lighting (we will provide table and linens)
• Provide 2 top company representatives for the event. (larger set ups are available)
• Provide PNG logo with transparent background, 300 dpi.

Event Timeline

& Details

Out-of-town sponsors will check into the host hotel on Wednesday and enjoy a a discounted hotel stay, as well as a sponsored pre-event reception at 6PM with appetizers and cocktails. Tip sheet delivered with all RSVP's week of event.

Day Of Event
• 7 AM: Set up begins for event. Breakfast will be served for all sponsors and staff
• 9:45 AM: Meet with sponsors
• 10:30 AM: Media arrivals and interviews
• 11 AM to 2 PM: Red carpet arrivals with media
• 5 PM: Load out begins

Your Products will be included in our VIP Celebrity Gift Bags which will be handed out to celebrities, celebrity stylists, and elite media. Your products will be included in all Press Releases pertaining to VIP Celebrity Gift Bags, to over 20K media outlets.

200 items must be delivered to the Host Hotel prior to the event to be inserted into the welcome bag celebrities and media will get upon entry to Enchant. Your logo will be included on the media walls, and red carpet media 20 foot wall and you will receive all gift bag table and red carpet photos.
